How to clean the bottom of the pool
The main pollution in the pool is collected from the bottom and near the surface. Any cleaning consists in taking water from a certain area, purifying water from mechanical impurities and returning it back to the pool. A skimmer, a device for taking water with a built-in strainer, helps to take water from above. For a pool with a small volume, a hinged skimmer is used, which is a closed hollow container with holes on the side and bottom. The skimmer is hung on a bracket at the edge of the pool and immersed in the water. Water enters through the upper opening to the inside, where dirt particles are retained on the mesh. The water intake from the skimmer is carried out from below using a pump in Minsk, which creates a vacuum, and then returns the water back after cleaning. For a more thorough cleaning, water is supplied through other filters, but the skimmer can work autonomously.
Heavy dirt deposits are collected from the bottom of the pool. They are removed with vacuum cleaners. For a pool with a shallow depth, a handheld vacuum cleaner is enough to clean the bottom. It is a brush with a hose connected to a skimmer. The brush moves with a bar along the bottom of the pool, collecting impurities, which then enter the filtration through a flexible hose. The vacuum on the brush is created by a pump that pumps water. After operation, the skimmer filter is cleaned.
