Using an intermediate amplifier — Excavator

Using an intermediate amplifier

The disadvantage of the above circuits with potential current cutoff is the power supply of cutoff potentiometers of different drives from one power source — 110 e mains. With this power supply, the power circuits of all three drives are electrically connected through the generator of their own needs and possible ground faults during operation under unfavorable conditions can disrupt the operation of current limiting units, causing severe accidents. In the scheme under consideration, this drawback is eliminated by supplying the comparison potentiometer 1SUP (1SUT and 1C U V) from an individual power source — a VSP rectifier (VST and VSV) and a TOP (TOT and TOV) transformer.

To reduce the ripple of the cut-off voltage, an inductive-capacitive filter is included at the output of each rectifier. The use of an intermediate amplifier operating at an increased frequency and a power MU instead of an EMU made it possible to reduce the number of stabilizing and correcting circuit elements.

Here, flexible negative feedback on the armature current (winding PMUP-6), a smoothing filter at the input of the master winding PMUP-4 and a capacitor 2KSP in the node of a rigid negative connection for the generator voltage are preserved, which provides a component of the flexible negative connection for the generator voltage. An additional stabilizing means is a circuit formed by the control winding of the UMSP-3 power amplifier, the SDP1 resistance and the control winding of the PMUP-1 intermediate amplifier.

With changes in p. control of the power amplifier in its UMSP-3 winding is induced by e. etc. with. mutual induction and current flows in the circuit. The signal affecting the PMUP-1 winding is a signal of flexible feedback on the constant component of the magnetic flux, which is associated with changes in the output voltage of the power amplifier. This connection, with a proper choice of its sign, increases the stability of the cascade control circuit..
